Exchanges/Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in original sale condition, unworn. Tags must not be broken.
We can't refund your original or return postage costs unless product is faulty / incorrect.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@yungpo.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our payment system is managed via PayPal, Shopify, Google Pay, and Komoju, the worlds leading online payment systems. We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard).
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yungpo.com believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and the Operations team has initiated the process of assignment. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same day delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the Yungpo.com marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
